Personal Protective Equipment Posters and How-To Video
Let's see: gloves, booties, gown—what else do you need?
The proper use of PPE (personal protective equipment) is a major tool in fighting infectious disease in your shelter. However, it can also be difficult to message to staff and sometimes complicated and confusing.
The posters on this page, developed by the ASPCA Shelter Medicine department, can help clear things up. They show each piece of PPE and guide you through the order of putting them on to taking them off.
The posters can be laminated for use over and over and placed wherever contagious disease is present.
